Owners' Association
Pineapple Hill Owners' Association has been in existence since 1988. Originally built by Maui Land & Pine as part of a larger resort community. Pineapple Hill is also a part of the Kapalua Resort Association, which maintains all the surrounding areas connecting Kapalua together.
